Pleasure your funny bone and all your chakras, in one blissful spot! This is a FREE community event to browse and shop local buisness vendors, eat some delicious food and hang out at the Birdcage.

Come on, goat happy, as the Sioux Falls Canaries Birdcage becomes a Den of Zen. It's the first-ever Goat Yoga Night at The Birdcage.

Imagine, one of the cutest, friendliest fuzzy farm animals bleating and baa-ing and nestling their noses into your navel as you stretch into a downward dog and breathe, smile, and laugh away about all your troubles. 🐐 If you aren't feeling better about life after this, well — forget it. There's no way you won't!

Goat yoga will energize you and relax you all at the sametime, while making you giggle. It's good for your health and good for your soul. PLUS browse a variety of vendors from local businesses.💞 No ticket nessisary to hang out at the event and browse vendors. 

Doors open at 6:30pm. We'll have two, 45 min. classes — from 7-7:45 and 8-8:45..
